#AerieREAL Ad Aims To Help With Body Confidence

Aerie’s new ad is a real game-changer.

For those of you not familiar with Aerie, they’re a lingerie and swimwear line owned by American Eagle.

They’ve been one retailer really working towards changing the type of bodies that consumers see in ads. They already stopped photoshopping & retouching their ads (high-five for them!) and now they’re showcasing a curvy model in their newest ad.

American Eagle’s lingerie and swimwear line, Aerie, is celebrating curve appeal in the best way ever and I am totally here for it. The brand included self-proclaimed “curve model” and “Queen of In-Between” Barbie Ferreira with four other women of different shapes and sizes in the new #AerieREAL campaign.
