1. Aries

Working out is not a big deal in your persona. You are into extreme sports that may lead you to injuries – motor sports, endurance cycling, weight lifting to name a few. So, you need to be cautious. You may go with tennis and fencing to avoid massive injuries which are good for your zodiac.

 

2. Taurus

Taurus loves the feeling of comfort hence doing some fitness exercise looks laborious to them, which may lead to the possibility of  having weight issues.  To boost your interest of losing those extra pounds, go with dancing (belly dancing sounds fun! – for ladies 🙂) and a little bit of stretching. If you want some outdoor sports, you can go with windsurfing, cross-country skiing, biking or any other sports that will not lose your interest to keep going.

 

3. Gemini

Geminis are naturally born active, on this case, they are best described as “always on the go”. So the word “fit” is not an issue.
