Summer has arrived in full swing, which means you need to stock up on moisturizer and sunscreen. I personally like to get a glow on the beach, while moisturizing my skin. Others, however, need to block the sun at all costs, while catering to their oily skin. This is why we have gathered ten of our favorite, yet essential moisturizers for any and all skin types:
1. Olay Regenerist | Drugstore Moisturizer
Having a stressful day at work, or perhaps combating aging lines? Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream is for you. Rejuvenate your skin with this protein-rich cream. Apply this before bedtime and wake up shining!
2. Aveeno Positively Radiant | Best Face Moisturizer
This is the best facial moisturizer I have found for my skin, and is definitely my go-to. It is advertised as bringing out “skin’s natural radiance,” which I could not agree with more. I never had terrible skin, but my face has never felt healthier since using this product. Pair this with the Positively Radiant facial scrub, and you are good to go!
3. Josie Maran | Dry Skin Moisturizer
Surprisingly, the best moisturizer for dry skin is sometimes… well, just oil. Who knew? This vile of organic argan oil is small, but the application only requires a few droplets. Grape seed oil, almond oil, coconut oil and olive oil are also great alternatives.
4. Maybelline Dream Fresh
Tinted moisturizer is always hit or miss, but this one has hit it on the nail. It leaves an even complexion, while adding a little tinted glow. Not to mention it is SPF 30. Winning!
5. Renée Rouleau Daily Protection
This is the best moisturizer for oily skin and sensitive skin. It is lightweight and scentless, unlike most sunscreens, while maintaining healthy vitamins like zinc oxide. Did we mention it is gluten free?
6. Eurecin | Best Drugstore Moisturizer
This amazing moisturizer runs under $10 at your local drugstore. Doctors even recommend this product to skin cancer patients, as it not only moisturizes, but protects the skin from UV rays.
7. Burt’s Bees Natural Acne Solutions
This is the best moisturizer for acne-prone skin. The Salicylic acid fights the acne while the Glycerin moisturizes the skin, and the witch hazel soothes it. The scent is not too shabby, as well!
8. Neutrogena
Whoever said drugstore moisturizers can’t work needs to try this guy. The ingredients in this product will quickly and efficiently reduce unwanted lines and wrinkles under those sweet eyes.
9. Pond’s Dry Skin Cream
Yes, and yes. This stuff works. I bought Pond’s moisturizer when my skin dried out in high altitude, and it definitely works. I caution, however, that this is only for dry skin. It is a bit on the oily side at first, but when it washes off, your skin will feel baby soft.
10. Neova DNA Damage Control
If you are willing to get a little more bang for your buck, Neova is the best sunscreen for your face this summer. With SPF 44 and DNA repair enzymes, those dark spots will be gone in no time, and you won’t see them again!
