Chloe went to the NYC #Horror premiere wearing a Proenza Schouler creation. The dress was hot pink and it featured cutouts, ruffles and huge polka dots. Was it an eye turner? Definitely!

She definitely grabbed attention with this frock, but I’m betting it’s not the good kind. Why would someone mix all these three elements together in one dress? Cutouts, ruffles and big polka dots that looked more like cow spots to be honest. But the bigger question is, why would Chloe choose a dress like this? Perhaps to give everyone a good scare too?

This dress is just completely wrong in every way. The movie is scary enough, Chloe didn’t have to wear this freaky number too. Oh my! I hope we never see a dress like this on the red carpet again. Que horror indeed!
