- Hair Pins
- Your Long Hair
It’s pretty simple.
Step 1: Part Your Hair
First, spray some hair wax to your hair so it’ll be more manageable. Part your hair into four sections. Two at each side of the head, one on top of your crown and one at the bottom.
Step 2: Make a Little Bun
Make a low bun. Tie your hair into a ponytail and twist it into a bun. Secure with a hair pin. Or you can do whatever type of bun you like. Do a middle bun because the twist and turns will turn it into a side bun naturally.
Step 3: Twist the Hair
Take the sides and twist it lightly towards the bun. For romantic hair style, leave some hair around your face.
Step 4: Twist All the Other Sections
Split the top section of the hair you parted earlier and combine them with the side sections. Leave some hair to soften the updo. Twist one side section with your hair pulled back to prevent bumps. Wrap it around the bun and secure with a pin.
Step 5: Do the Same With the Remaining Sections
Make sure that the twists are wrapped in a crisscross pattern. Twist and wrap the remaining hair sections around the bun and secure them with pins. Once the twists are secured, pull more pieces if you want a messier side bun.
