Meghan Trainor Says Own Your Curves in New Ad Campaign

This is what Meghan Trainor had to say about owning your curves.

Singer Meghan Trainor is now officially a clothing endorser for FULLBEAUTY Brands, a company that retails plus-size fashion. Number one on her agenda? To promote the #OwnYourCurves campaign and let every woman know that it’s not about your size, it’s how you wear the clothes.

The #OwnYourCurves Campaign Will Help You See Plus-Size in a Whole New Light

While countless stars have shared body-positive posts on social media – all of which show they’re embracing their curves – Meghan Trainor’s new campaign asks us to do more than that. The pop singer has partnered with FULLBEAUTY Brands, a retailer that offers extended sizes, to send out a message very similar to the one she sings about in her hit song “All About That Bass.”

This is the official poster for Meghan’s ad campaign:

And here are some shots of her wearing FULLBEAUTY Brands clothing:

Oh man! I’m loving this Meghan and I can’t anymore happier seeing you endorse a plus-size clothing brand, I’m sure it means a lot to all the curvy women out there. Yes, that’s right! It’s all about the bass and all about the curves too! And I just want to say this out loud. I know that A-list celebrities have spoken up about being confident with your body regardless the size. But for me, it’s one thing for a sexy celebrity to spread the word across social media and public interviews and it’s another thing for an actual plus-size woman to speak up and be the face of an ad campaign like this. I guess what I’m saying is, it does boil down to what your target audience can relate to… and man, many women can definitely relate to Meghan at this level. I think it’s a great decision for FULLBEAUTY to get Meghan as an endorser and she’s also rocking the clothes too.
