Our Fav Day 1 Looks From Paris Fashion Week

Paris Fashion Week has officially begun and the best, most iconic designers from all over the world are presenting their S/S 2016 ready-to-wear collections. Want to know what the best things to come down the runway on Day 1 were?

Our Fav Day 1 Looks From Paris Fashion Week

First off, I’m going to be honest here. I’m not a huge fan of fashion weeks for one reason and one reason alone: I find a lot of the clothes unwearable or impractical to wear on a daily basis.

But oh my goodness! I’m loving Paris Fashion Week because it’s all about the ready-to wear (RTW) collections… which means that these clothes are actually something you can wear every day. And this is precisely why I’m dedicating myself to bringing you my favorite looks throughout the week. Yey!

Below are the top five looks that really caught my attention on Day 1 of #PFW. When I saw them, my mind instantly jumped to “I can wear that!” or “Women can actually wear that!” because that is our goal: making you look great every single day!

So without further ado, let’s get started:

1. Anrealage

Okay, I don’t know about the blindfold and bag, but I really love this look. This is something you can wear to the office. It looks professional and chic! I love the details, the lines and the color too. Those shoes perfectly complement the jumpsuit and would even look great on their own! Can I add that to my Christmas wish list?

2.  Anthony Vacarello

Anthony Vacarello’s collection was one of the most popular shows on Day 1. It was a mix of edginess and softness. What instantly caught my eye was this simple number. I never thought I’d see such a casual look walk down the runway. This is an awesome spring look. I think what sealed the deal for me is that gorgeous floral printed top. The print is just divine! Plus, those buttons on the cropped pants are so cute! Lovin’ it!

3. Koche

Now this is for the sporty casual ladies out there. I can’t really decide which one to gush over more: the floral coat, the black patent pants, the sneakers, or the glam sports bra. It also baffles me how each piece can stand alone in an outfit, and yet Koche managed to put them all together without making the outfit look over-the-top or overwhelming. Whether you like to show off your midriff or not, this look will really make you wanna show a little bit of that tummy.

4. Each X Other

I really loved the looks that Each X Other sent down the runway on Day 1. They were casual, smart and practical. Take this look for example. You can wear this to the office (but don’t wear that graphic t-shirt, opt for a plain shirt instead). The boyfriend blazer and the high-waist pants are really doing it for me. PLUS, it’s in pink which is just perfect for spring!

5. Each x Other

And my favorite look of the day comes from Each X Other (I just couldn’t get enough of their runway!). I LOVE LOVE LOVE this outfit! I love the top, the pants and the shoes! I also love how the tightness of the top complements the robustness of the denim pants. This look is superb! Very casual, very practical and very cute! Kudos Each x Other!

These are my most favorite looks of Day 1. Do you like them as much as I do? What other looks did you love?

Tune in to my favorite looks for Day 2 of Paris Fashion Week tomorrow!
