Our Fave Day 2 & 3 Looks from Paris Fashion Week

What went down in Day 2 and 3 of Paris Fashion Week 2015? TONS of awesome RTW pieces for spring and summer! Keep on reading to see our favorites!

If you liked what you saw on Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 is putting more on the table — more vibrant colors, more textures and more styles. I personally enjoyed scouring Vogue’s collection of #PFW photos for my fave looks and I must say, it’s pretty broad this time around. I can’t even believe I was able to narrow this down to a top 20 list!

But anyway, I know you’re excited, so let’s take a look at what walked down the runway in the past two days of Paris Fashion Week 2015.

DAY 1

Maison Margiela

Why do I like this look? I like the combination of the white sunglasses, white dress, white shoes and the contrast of the black fishnet stockings. Overall, the look is simple and very clean. I’m not sure about that plastic hat though.

Lemaire

When I saw Lemaire’s collection, it felt like I was vacationing in a country like Spain. The looks are very relaxed and comfortable, which is exactly what you want to be when you’re on a vacay right? But in particular, I’m really digging the high-waist baggy pants, something new to the world of modern bottoms.

Dries Van Noten

OH MY GOODNESS! I can’t even begin to describe how I adore this collection. It is by far my favorite! I can include a dozen photos from this collection, that’s how much I love it. Did you feel your jaw dropping slowly as you scrolled down? Well, I did.

For the first three looks I chose, I like the wings theme. I also love how glitter details were embroidered on the silk fabric on the skirts. Dark fabric and sparkles are always lovely! BUT, nothing could compare to how much I love the fourth photo. Tulle ladies, yes, we can still wear them in black and dark blue and we can still rock it! Bring back more tulle fashion I say.

Off-White

Off-White showed a collection of very laid back pieces focusing on white tops and denim bottoms. I think it’s witty and practical. Everyone can wear them. They’re a classic combination!

Courrèges

Courrèges showed variety in its collection. As you can see, the first photo showed a model wearing a plain longsleeve top with silver pants and the next photo looks like a geometric-inspired dress. I really like them both despite looking like they are worlds apart. I think silver pants rock! We need more of them. I also like the simple dress, which can be easily worn on spring and summer.

DAY 3

Chloé

Big flowy skirts are back, baby! I picked these three looks because I think they are perfect for spring and summer. The air is thin, the sun is high and you have to dress accordingly in order to feel what little breeze will hit your skin. But girl, make sure that breeze hits you with massive style. Let these skirts flow freely and you’ll feel like a goddess walking down ethereal shores.

Paco Robanne

Don’t feel like dressing up too much? Make your clothes speak for itself. This combination of a sleeveless top with intricate print details, plus a pair of comfy jog pants will get you through the day. We all need that one wardrobe combination we can rely on, don’t we?

Balmain

Balmain offered very unique pieces on Day 3. Majority of the colors revolved around dark oranges, browns and navy blue. But what caught my attention were the frilly pants and the intricately crocheted dress. Frilly pants, where have you been? And my goodness, that dress is beautiful!

Lanvin

To cap off my Day 2 and 3 fave looks roundup, I’m including pieces from Lanvin. For the first two photos, I’m really liking the suit-theme –suit blazer with a poofy skirt and the suit jumpskirt. Adding some manliness into your wardrobe isn’t all that bad. And for the last photo, that dress is gorgeous — the colors, the print, the flow — everything works!

Woohoo! Was that fun or what? So far, what is your favorite look? Let us know! If you want to read more about fashion news, you can check out:
