The site has launched a new platform appropriately named “The One That Got Away” that will help customers find long lost pieces that they want need in their closets. YAY! community members will be able select “The One That Got Away” button from site’s homepage, they can then upload an image of the item and fill in the item’s info such as brand name, style color, etc. After that it’s only a matter of time before the item is located!
