Bobbi Brown didn’t let success get to her head because even if she was offered to work on a Ralph Lauren campaign, she turned it down saying that she missed her fiance too much. 7. Bergdorf’s Was Her First Store Client

She recalls producing 100 lipsticks back then, which she called Bobbi Brown essentials. As fate would have it, all 100 tubes of lipsticks were sold out after just the first day!

8. Estee Lauder Bought Her Brand

After just 4 years of selling her products in Bergdorfs and Neiman Marcus, Leonard Lauder asked to buy her brand, promising that she would still have full creative control of her products and branding. She said yes and to date, Bobbi Brown cosmetics has been part of the Estee Lauder brand for over 20 years.

9. Her Favorite Product is “Extra Balm”

Bobbi Brown knows the importance of skincare so she calls her Extra Balm her youth in a jar. She can’t go anywhere without it.

10. She Can’t Live Without Tequila and Espresso

She enjoys a glass of tequila on the rocks and a cup of espresso. Don’t worry, she’s not one to drink tequila every day, but says that it does help her relax after a long day.

11. She’d Make A Great Hostess

The self-professed maternal woman always makes sure that the people she’s with have something to eat and drink. We think she’d make an amazing hostess, wouldn’t you?

12. She Eats Healthy

She turns away from sugar and white flour unless she’s in Europe and would always choose organic ingredients from the farmers market and Whole Foods. This makes a lot of sense since eating healthy really does wonder for the skin.

You’d think that a woman as busy as she is wouldn’t have time for a daily exercise, but not Bobbi Brown. I swear, the woman is phenomenal.

14. Their Office Sounds Amazing

They have an in-house manicurist, a smoothie bar, all sorts of healthy food, and even yoga on Mondays. Sign me up for a part time job!
