The 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards Best Dressed

January 19, 2016 By Perry Belcher Leave a Comment

The 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards were a complete success.

To say it was a night full of fun and glam would be an understatement. While we’ve handed out our applause for the winners, here at YSP, we want to focus on who stole the show on the red carpet last night.

Want to take a look? Here they are:

1. Alicia Vikander

Alicia was the darling of the night. She won Best Supporting Actress for the movie “The Danish Girl” and also, won our hearts with this black beaded dress with stunning red, gold and white details.

2. Jennifer Aniston

To become part of the best-dressed list, Jennifer Aniston need not do much but go back to her go-to red carpet style–the understated slit gown. This one is from Saint Laurent.

3. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was effortlessly beautiful and sexy last night thanks to her black number from Saint Laurent.

4. Rachel McAdams

Who could ever forget Rachel McAdams in Mean Girls? Well, she’s surely come a long long way and winning a Critics’ Choice Award proves that. Rachel went with Elie Saab for this oxblood red number.

5. Constance Wu

We may not see Constance Wu constantly on the Best Dressed list, but something tells me we will see more from her in the coming years. If she can rock this plunging chiffon mermaid-style gown in light blue with a one-shoulder cape detail, it seems like she can rock anything.

6. Kirsten Dunst

If anyone else wore this Chanel dress, they wouldn’t have pulled it off. Thank God Kirsten Dunst was the one who walked down the red carpet with this sophisticated gown.

7. Bryce Dallas Howard

What can I say? Bryce Dallas Howard was oozing with sexiness last night with her body-hugging Balmain black gown. Not only did it show off her curves, it also made her orange hair really stand out. It was perfect!

8. Krysten Ritter

Looking far from her character Jessica Jones, Krysten Ritter still made heads turn with her beautiful brown gown that looked like it was specially made for her. It fit her to the nines.

9. Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Panettiere looked radiant and glowing last night. She wore a Grecian gown that complimented her smiling face.

10. Gina Rodriguez

Gina Rodriguez chose a simple number for the red carpet and boy did it pay off. Her orange SAFiYAA gown made her stand out.

Isn’t it fun anticipating the red carpet looks for awards season? I get so anxious waiting to see what my favorite celebrities will wear on the red carpet.
