Probably the most fun thing during Halloween is dressing up! There are so many wonderful ideas for costumes and must I say, this is the only time in the year where you can be anyone you want to be. 8. Organize a Party

Well, this last one can take some work, but parties are always fun! For Halloween, you can organize a Halloween costume party for family and friends. If you’re saving on cash, you can ask everyone to chip in. You can do a potluck for food and snacks.
