Their climate change plan is radical, but it just might work.
Joining the likes of Stella McCartney and Vivienne Westwood, Prada is the latest fashion house to commit themselves to tackling climate change through reduction, absorption and transparency.
Prada’s commitment to “corporate social responsibility” began with a new website layout outlining their goals and the measures they will undertake to achieve these goals such as recycling, waste reduction, infrastructural changes, reforestation, and restoration. Impressive, right?
These changes come at the helm of the UN climate change talks in Paris where leaders from the world’s biggest countries have gathered to discuss innovative ways to reduce their respective country’s carbon footprint.

Prada unveils radical plans to safeguard the environment
The tide is turning as more evidence comes forth regarding the almost-irreversible state of climate change. However, with that damning evidence comes the support of individuals, families and business, such as Prada, who are devoting themselves to reversing the tide and making the world a better place for future generations to come.
I look forward to the progress Prada will make, as well as future companies that will inevitably and publicly declare their war against climate change.
Only united can we enforce change, so let’s start caring and join the fight in tackling climate change!
