Just In: Starbucks Launched Three New Drinks For Summer
Starbucks’ Newest Afternoon Treats
Recently, Instagram just gone wild with the #PinkDrink! And Starbucks is not stopping there as they release a whole new set of menu to be offered for the rest of the summer season.
Introducing the new Starbucks Sunset Menu! This includes three new Starbucks Granitas, a twist on the Italian classic frosty treat, made with a scoop of nicely shaved ice sweetened and topped with their very own drinks.
The popular coffee chain started serving these brand new drinks on June 14, after 3 p.m. in participating branches in the U.S. and Canada, to bring out relaxing and calm treats.
These cooling and light Granitas have three flavors to tickle those taste buds.
If you’re craving for a sweet and sour fruity drink, try their Strawberry Lemon Limeade Granita. We are loving its vibrant pop of peachy orange! This lemonade-flavored shaved ice got strawberry slices and topped with limeade.
For those who don’t dig coffee and caramel, we recommend Teavana Youthberry White Tea Granita! It is a fun tropical, white tea-based Granita. Instead of espresso, the shaved ice is topped with hibiscus (making it PINK!), pineapple, white tea, and acai.
Now, if you want to get a kick of caffeine that’s not too sweet, you have to try the Caramel Espresso Granita — it’s a combination of subtly sweetened shaved ice, espresso shot, a little bit of cream, and a drizzle of caramel on top!
But wait, there’s more! Aside from these refreshing Granitas, the Sunset Menu also includes Trifles in a cup! These well-loved desserts are prepared intricately by hands and its packaging is handy and on-the-go just like their famous drinks- a sweet treat indeed!
If you’re on for a strawberry fever, try their Strawberry Shortcake Trifle– layers of not-so-sweet Vanilla Bean Scones, whipped cream and a drizzle of strawberry syrup. Moreover, if you want something chocolatey for the sunset, you make a spoonful of Chocolate Brownie Trifle which is made of rich, chewy chocolate brownies and garnished with whipped cream and mocha drizzle.
