1. Office Parties
When it comes to office parties, strike a balance between a sharp work look and a dressy or cozy feel. A wrap dress paired with your favorite pair of boots is the perfect combo!
Taylor is rocking a black Farah Plus Size Wrap Dress, while Sara’s keeping it classic with a gray Southwestern Turtleneck Dress. But for me, the boots are the stars of these looks. Taylor’s wearing a pair of trendy Rhea Lace-Up Boots, and Sara’s got a pair of Philly Knee-High Fringe Boots.
2. Holiday Travels
When traveling this holiday season, keep it comfy and cozy all the way. Then just accessorize with a bright handbag or sparkly jewelry to add a holiday twist!
Holiday outfit style inspiration like this is all about comfort. Sara turned the Kendra Active Workout Tank and Criss Cross Yoga Capri combo into a holiday-ready look, just by throwing on the Alexia Navy Bomber Jacket! To accessorize, she went for the Native Arrow Silver Ring Trio. Not an athleisure fan? Taylor’s got the holiday outfit style inspiration you need. She paired her classic Khaki Off Shoulder Sweater with edgy Jane Plus Size Destroyed Jeans and Riley Lace-Up Booties in a matching brown shade.
3. Family Gatherings
For family gatherings, look for classic holiday outfit style inspiration! Wear your favorite sweaters, layer if you want, and always keep comfort your top priority.
Taylor’s ripped jeans and fringe booties are an edgy twist to her ribbed turtleneck and cozy Christmas vest, don’t you think? I love Sara’s no-fuss look as well: an oversized sweater, fleece leggings, and warm sweater boots.
4. Baking Cookies
Do you really have to dress up to bake cookies? No, but there’s no harm in looking good! Bust out your coziest sweaters and get cooking in style!
I’m definitely trying Taylor’s sweater dress and infinity scarf look—red and white look so festive, don’t you agree? Her knee-high boots will also pair perfectly with all your other holiday looks, so I think it’s worth every penny. Sara went for a more neutral look with a faux fur vest, leggings, and heeled booties. This season could be your last chance to try the choker trend, so accessorize with one!
5. Christmas Morning
Your Christmas morning look should be equal parts dressed up and dressed down. Shifts and shirt dresses are the perfect choice!
Taylor’s got a huge 2016 trend: off-the-shoulder dresses. Turn it into a holiday-ready outfit with knee-high boots, a wrap choker, and a statement ring to accessorize! Sara’s look is more classic preppy: a plaid button-down dress with fringe booties, gold earrings, beaded bracelets, and a large pendant necklace.
6. New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Eve is all about the sparkle and the fireworks. Classic all-black looks will make you stand out in the crowd, without distracting from all the pomp and ceremony.
Taylor’s black jumpsuit is perfect for curvy girls, and her statement necklace is the perfect accessory to match. Sara turned her classic LBD into an NYE-ready look with stand-out burgundy booties and a double band cuff.
