Carefully follow the steps below  so that you can relax and lengthen your spine and have a productive, meditative practice. The entire process of Raja Yoga is quite long, so we’ll chunk it into 8 steps all the way so that it will be a lot easier for you.

Step 2:

Inhale – bringing the hands up touching the palms together and then.

Exhale – bringing the hands forward grabbing for the feet or ankles or wherever you can grab. Bringing the head to the knee or a full forward pull.

Step 3:

Inhale up – bringing the palms together once again. As we Exhale will circle the hands around pointing the fingertips towards us we push the hips up for an upward link and inhale.

Step 4:

As we Exhale will come down flexing the feet and as we inhale, bringing the right foot in as our hands come up.

Step 5:

As we exhale, we dive for our left foot trying to bring the head touch the knee and as we inhale up bringing the palms together.

Step 6:

As we exhale this time, we bring the fingertips away from us as we go for a second upward link. Inhale at the top of our upward link and as we exhale flexing the feet to come down.
