These awards shows can be hard to predict, but I’m going to try.
The People’s Choice Awards are special because, well, WE get to chose the winners. Not the academy or professional film critics, we the average-movie-loving citizens get to choose.
I’m not sure if I’m ready for that kind of power, but neither was Spiderman and he turned out okay.
First off, let me tell you the nominees in each category, then I will give you my predictions.

My predictions/picks:
Favorite Movie: Even though I haven’t seen it, I think Jurassic World is going to take home the prize. It broke box office records and well, Chris Pratt. Enough said.
Favorite Movie Actor: If you couldn’t guess by my first prediction, I’m going to say Chris Pratt wins this category. He’s extremely likable and attractive. America loves him. I’m a little hurt that Leo isn’t mentioned in the nominees but hey, you can’t win ’em all.
Favorite Movie Actress: This is a tough category since all of the nominees are extremely different. But I’m going to have to go with Sandra Bullock for this one. Much like Chris Pratt, she’s funny, likable and seems like an all-around great person. How could people NOT vote for her?
Favorite TV Show: My personal choice would be The Big Bang Theory, but I think Game of Thrones will take home the trophy. That show has SO. MANY. FANS.
Favorite Streaming Series: Same with this category, my personal pick is The Mindy Project. Mindy is my soul sista and I love her dearly. But, majority of America is obsessed with Orange is the New Black, so they will probably win.
Favorite Male Artist: Justin Bieber all the way. Have you listened to his new album? Amazing.
Favorite Female Artist: I really do feel bad for anyone who goes up against T-Swift. She’s going to win like she always does. It’s well deserved.
Favorite Song: Again, if Taylor Swift is nominated, chances are pretty high that she’s taking home the trophy. So I’m going to say “Bad Blood” by Taylor Swift feat. Kendrick Lamar will win this category.
