For many of us, having a VS Angel’s body is a dream that could only happen in an alternate universe… But, you’d be happy to know that nailing that super-fit Victoria’s Secret bod is actually possible — for you, for me and for every woman out there. I’m sure you’re just as excited as I am to know more.
Getting that sexy, to-die-for body is a combination of an impeccable diet and dedicated fitness routine. But, before you go hitting the elliptical for 4 hours a day, 7 days a week, know that losing weight is 70% dependent on your diet, which means that if you’re not focusing on what you’re eating, you won’t get the results you want.
Thankfully, the VS Angels have revealed what they eat and how often they eat it.
1. Alessandra Ambrosio
Alessandra Ambrosio likes to keep her legs and butt toned. To achieve this (combined with workout), she eats eggs (benedict, fried or scrambled), bacon, sandwiches, bread, muffins, bagels and fruits in the morning. Her go-to drink is coffee.
In the afternoon, she mixes it up between salad and non-veggie foods like chicken breasts or filet mignon. She also likes eating a bit of rice and beans. If she has a photoshoot that day, she’ll opt for light snacking instead.
By evening, her snacks consists of mostly nuts and coffee. By dinner, she’ll have caviar, lobster ravioli or salami. Alessandra is a fan of Japanese food so if she eats out, she’ll order spicy Kalbi soup, mushrooms, or a filet mignon. Her favorite desserts are s’mores and tiramisu.

Candice Swanepoel is one lucky angel because she’s always had a naturally thin figure which makes maintaining it in her later years a breeze. While she loves pizza and pasta, she also enjoys eating steak , protein-rich foods, vegetables and, of course, drinks plenty of water.
Her breakfast mostly consists of eggs, croissants, omelettes, veggies and yes, her favorites, pizza and pasta! Candice admits that she doesn’t have a hard time maintaining a diet plan as she doesn’t feel the need to starve herself. Instead, she eats whatever she craves which makes us wonder what her fitness routine is like.
4. Behati Prinsloo
Behati Prinsloo’s had issues with her weight in the past. Since she was a heavy smoker, she ate less which caused her BMI to drop dramatically. The drop was so drastic it caused her to miss out on booking a fashion show. After this, Behati forced herself to turn her lifestyle around and began eating healthier.
For breakfast, Behati likes to have scrambled eggs as her low-cal protein source. She also like toasts and avocados in the morning. One tip from Behati though is to always drink plenty of water because it can lessen the appetite and help maintain your weight.
5. Kendall Jenner
While Kendall has a naturally modelesque figure, she knows that being naturally thin isn’t enough, and works hard to tone her curves and muscles. To do this, she follows a low-carb Paleo style diet.
Kendall prefers to eat lean protein like top sirloin, beef cuts and round steak. As for snacks, she has learned to sacrifice junk food for raw vegetables and fruits. Her fave? Apples and strawberries. Drinking detox green tea also helps rid her body of toxins and waste. How many cups does she drink of this tea a day? Oh, only 12.
6. Gigi Hadid
Gigi Hadid has a slamming body, but you’ll be happy to know that this girl welcomes her cheat days with open arms. On her cheat days, she eats fries, cheeseburgers and pasta.
When she needs to prep for a show or photoshoot, she prefers to plan her own meals. How does she do it? She’s a fan of smoothies and, if she’s going to eat or drink out, prefers restaurants like Juice Press that serve healthy food. She believes in having a healthy diet and eating clean.
